Welcome to Cup of Cards (www.cupofcards.com). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”) and all related policies, including our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site.

1. Eligibility

  • You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • If purchasing on behalf of minors, you confirm you have the legal right to do so and that the minor will use the site in accordance with these terms.

2. Use of the Service

  • You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, or in a way that violates applicable UK law.

  • Misuse, fraud, card swapping, tampering with products, or any attempt to circumvent our policies may result in:

    • Cancellation of orders

    • Refusal of service

    • Suspension or termination of your account

    • Legal action

3. Product Information & Accuracy

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, prices, and stock availability are accurate.

  • Occasionally, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, and to cancel or refuse orders in case of pricing or promotional mistakes in line with UK consumer law.

4. Products & Sales

  • All sales are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Certain items (e.g., sale items or single cards) may be non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Limit quantities per customer or per order

    • Refuse service for any reason

5. Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, tampering, or suspicious activity, including:

    • Card swapping or damaged returns

    • Bulk purchases intended for resale

    • Attempts to exploit promotions or discounts

  • Approved returns will only be processed in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely via Shopify and/or PayPal.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect payment or shipping details provided by you.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cup of Cards is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

    • Loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill

    • Errors or omissions in content, product descriptions, or images

  • Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law (e.g., Consumer Rights Act 2015).

8. Personal Information

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Promotions & Sales

  • Promotions are subject to availability, while stocks last, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

  • Promotional discounts apply only during the stated period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

  • Where a pricing or promotional error occurs, we may cancel or amend affected orders in line with UK consumer law.

10. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
